Majestic
“Oh Lord, Oh Lord how majestic is Your name in all the earth!”
I have loved and appreciated the orchid's unique details for years. When I examine these flowers, every detail leaves me in awe and I am reminded of God's majesty. If He cared that much about the design and details in these flowers, how much more does cares about the details in my life and in the lives of so many others? These are more than just orchids. These are beautiful reminders of our creator, the original artist. I mean, look at this flower. Every aspect was beautifully thought after.
Looking at these images I am reminded of the song, “Oh lord, oh lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth.” His name is in these flowers. His name is in the skies, in the clouds, in the waves. His name is in my life. In my photos, I am capturing just a tiny sliver of what our Lord and Savior has created for us, as a beautiful reminder of who He is and what He has done for us.

Inspired from trips to my stylist at the spa. She had the most majestic white orchid sitting on the window sill next to the chair where I sat. I admired it every time I was there. I told her I needed to spend some one on one time with that orchid to capture all it’s beauty. So one cool morning in January I went to town photographing this creation.
